Blindfold Sauvignon Blanc 2022

Sauvignon Blanc grapes were harvested during the cool early dawn hours in late August 2022. After pressing, half the juice was sent to a combination of new and neutral oak barrels for fermentation, while the other half fermented in stainless steel. After fermentation, the barrel portion was bâtonnaged three times before finally racking and creating the full final blend. The mix of oak and stainless fermentation leads to the fusion of freshness and body that this wine delivers.
