Edaphos Ossum Epiphanea 2021

This field blend is comprised of classic Southern Rhone/Provence grapes - it is the perfect chillable summer red wine with a Lambrusco-like color. Aromatically, it shows bright red fruit aromas with a hint of sun backed pebbles. It is light bodied, but demonstrates more complexity on the palate.
