Provenance Vineyards North Coast Sauvignon Blanc 2022

Pale straw-yellow in color. Fragrant and expressive; vibrant aromas of lemongrass, pineapple, and guava meld with subtle undertones of honeycomb and tart citrus. The palate opens with notes of melon, ripe pineapple, and crisp green apple. These flavors round on the finish with a gentle touch of mineralogy. Bright acidity ties all the flavors together and this wine is best enjoyed chilled. This wine pairs wonderfully with crab cakes, smoked salmon, lemon chicken or spicy Caribbean fare.
